RRARA is a collaborative group of of service providers and community members working to promote the well being and prosperity of the lower Russian River community. The group is led and facilitated by two elected Co-Coordinators and staffed by the RRARA Community Outreach Coordinator.
Jacob Rich, MPH
Working as the Community Outreach Coordinator for RRARA and El Molino High School, as an El Molino graduate and West County native, Jacob is committed to promoting the health and prosperity of the lower Russian River community. Jacob obtained his Masters in Public Health after his Peace Corps service in Peru. En su tiempo libre le gusta jugar futbol y ir de caminata en el campo lindo del Condado de Sonoma.
Robert Judd, MA
Although Robert has retired, he remains committed to his goal of working through charitable organizations to strengthen and sustain the well-being of Sonoma County’s people and places. For more than 17 years before his retirement, he developed and managed grant programs in the fields of arts, education, environment, and health/ human services for Community Foundation Sonoma County. Robert now volunteers for three charitable organizations serving West County communities. Robert earned his baccalaureate in philosophy from Bard College and completed his Masters of Arts in Humanities, with a focus on philosophy, from the University of Chicago. Robert currently serves as a Co-Coordinator of RRARA.
Ernesto Garay, M.A.,
Ernesto Garay is a St. Joseph’s Health Community Organizer, who works in the Russian River community. He earned Master’s Degrees in Comparative Literature at the University of Oregon and in Ethnic Studies at San Francisco State University. Ernesto serves as a Co-Chair of RRARA. During his leisure time he is a Spoken Word Performer/Poet/Writer.
